Please Note: Custom-Made Products

All InkCraft Industry products are custom-made to order, which means we generally cannot accept returns for change of mind. However, we stand behind our quality — if your order has a genuine defect or arrives damaged, we'll make it right.

Eligible for Return

  • Product arrived damaged or broken during shipping
  • Printing defect (smudged, faded, or incorrect colours)
  • Wrong product delivered (different item than ordered)
  • Wrong design printed (does not match approved proof)
  • Significant quality issue that is clearly a manufacturing defect

Not Eligible for Return

  • Change of mind after order is placed or delivered
  • Slight colour variation between screen preview and print (normal)
  • Design errors in customer-approved proofs
  • Damage caused by misuse after delivery
  • Personalised or custom-designed items without defects
  • Orders where defects are reported after 48 hours of delivery

How to Raise a Return

Take clear photos of the defective product, including the damage, packaging, and shipping label.

Contact Us Within 48 Hours

Reach out via WhatsApp, email, or our contact form within 48 hours of delivery with your order ID and photos.

Review & Resolution

Our quality team reviews the issue within 1–2 business days and offers a reprint, replacement, or refund.

Refund Processed

Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it for a full refund. Once production begins, orders cannot be cancelled as materials are cut and printing is in progress.

For urgent cancellation requests, contact us immediately on WhatsApp at +91 98765 43210 — if production hasn't started, we'll do our best to accommodate the request.
