These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the InkCraft Industry website and the purchase of our custom printing products and services. By accessing our website or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
Orders & Payment
- All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse any order.
- Prices displayed on the website are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Payment must be made in full before production begins on any custom order.
- We accept UPI, net banking, credit/debit cards, and cash on delivery for eligible orders.
- Order confirmation is sent via email or WhatsApp once payment is received.
- For bulk orders above ₹10,000, a 50% advance payment is required with the balance due before dispatch.
Custom Design & Content
- By submitting a design or image, you confirm that you own or have the rights to use that content.
- InkCraft Industry is not liable for any copyright or intellectual property infringements caused by designs submitted by customers.
- We reserve the right to refuse printing of content that is offensive, illegal, or violates community standards.
- Design proofs are shared for approval before printing; changes after approval may incur additional charges.
- Slight colour variations between screen previews and printed output are normal and not considered defects.
Shipping & Delivery
- Standard delivery timelines are 5–7 business days for regular orders and 3–5 days for express orders.
- Delivery timelines begin after your design is approved and payment is confirmed.
- InkCraft Industry is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or force majeure events.
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on order weight and delivery location.
- Free shipping is applicable on orders above ₹999 within India.
- We currently ship across India only. International shipping is not available.
Returns & Refunds
- As all products are custom-made, we do not accept returns unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Defective or wrong items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence.
- Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
- We offer a free reprint for orders with genuine quality defects at our discretion.
- Cancellations are accepted within 2 hours of placing an order; cancellations after production begins are not eligible for a full refund.
Limitation of Liability
- InkCraft Industry shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
- Our maximum liability for any claim related to an order shall not exceed the order value.
- We are not responsible for business losses, missed deadlines, or event-related losses arising from delayed delivery.
- Product images on the website are for illustrative purposes; actual products may vary slightly.
Governing Law
- These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India.
- Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
- If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force.
- InkCraft Industry reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
